Samoa is right in the middle of the Polynesian Triangle.
If you drew a line from the tip of New Zealand, to Hawaii and then Easter Islands you would be looking at what is known as the Polynesian Triangle, somewhere within this combined group of over 1000 islands is the tiny nation of Samoa.
